At BrickBuddies, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. If your order isn't a perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy resolution.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BrickBuddies account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn clothing items back into their shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your original delivery.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
